You seriously need to be consistent in your training and nutrition and quit worrying about the scale or BF% BS and look to the mirror for the feed back you need to get lean or gaining lean mass.

I just got some con-cret creatine in the mail yesterday so Im going to stop obsesivly looking at the scale every morning. I agree just going by the way I look in the mirror is the way to go and the 10%-15%-10% is what Lyle Mcdonald says is the best thing for naturals. This is just a template Im going to follow to keep me from getting bored of my body not changing and making me quite for the 20th time.

Takes time and consistency, but it will come IF you stay consistent.

Takes time and consistency, but it will come IF you stay consistent. And there's the key...consistency...as well as patience. When you guys look in the mags or hell even the pics of the members here what you are seeing is the product of years of consistent hard work in and out of the gym with solid nutrition. I know when you're young it's really hard to wrap your head around the fact that someone like Branch, Kai or Jay etc. have been at this for 20 or more years but that's the way it is, and these guys are blessed with elite genetics as well and it still takes years upon years to create a great physique. So without patience, hard work and consistency sure you can maybe develop an OK set of arms and maybe some pecs but to be a freak takes years of ball busting effort!

^^ This.

Write your goals, then write down a plan, then stick to it. You can make revisions to it as the need arises, a ship sometimes has to make some course corrections after all.

Track every workout and every meal (if you can).

I wouldn't worry about the scale that often. Just log every week. What's more important is tracking your diet and your lifts (especially track if you're getting stronger/weaker which is a MUCH better indicator of progress.)
