If you could get individually partitioned (to whatever portion size you wanted) cooked with or without marinated or spices, and frozen so all you gotta do is thaw and reheat. What price are you willing to pay?

Lets say Costco chicken is 9.99 a lb raw (High quality, no fat)
Chicken on sale 3.49 a lb (lots of fat not the best quality)
Or the prepped chicken at 0.75 per oz (cooked weight)

I would pay about $20/day (on top of the cost of the food), to have my meals prepared exactly tailored to my goals, whether gaining or dieting.

I'd say $10 a meal is what I would be willing to pay. THat could add up to lots of cash but also gives options.

Yea Im figuring my cost per meal would be 5.25 for the protein (chicken or tilapia for a 7oz cooked porition of either or) and then just adding a salad myself would be pennies, so 6 bucks a meal.... Could be worth it save myself a ton of time...

prepping 42 meals for a week is only but a few hours if you know what you're doing. It's eating them that is the time consuming part! lol
