What do you recommend is the ideal time to get ready for a comp. Is it 6 months or shorter, like 2-3 months? and whatof time cycle would you recommend for someone in a very short time frame? **very naive questions btw. Would it matter if the player was in a low bodyfat % or higher?

It all depends on the condition of the athlete. Some can be ready in 12 weeks...other need 16, others need 20. Not sure what your second question is asking??

And would what matter if the athlete was low bodyfat or higher...type of cycle? length of diet? not sure what you are asking here?
