View Full Version : getting back into body building.. need all the help i can get

hey everyone, I used to work out a bit but in past few months havent touched my weights (i would say im a beginer when it comes to body building to), i want to get back into it and get a good workout routine going, I want to gain as much body mass as possible but still be riped... l'v gained a bit of body mass a while ago and stoped working out for a few months now looking for a good routien for gaining body mass.

* im mainly looking to workout my upperbody and core, and a bit of legs, but mainly upperbody and core.

If anyone has any good routines for upper body and core, i'd love to hear it because i really want to get back into bodybuilding, I would also like advice on nutirtion and suppliments if possible to

hope you guys can help!

just a quick note, you should want to keep your whole body equal.

The first place to look for information on this site is in the "bodybuilding training threads" You'll find sticky's outlining beginner, intermediate and advanced workout routines. the next thread to explore is the "Bodybuilding nutrition and diet" section. Find the sticky "beginner nutrition 101" Read that.

Your upper body will not grow to its potential unless you train your legs hard and heavy.

Find the sticky "beginner nutrition 101" Read that.I totally agree here as well, and the other thing is you'll need to learn patience as muscle isn't grown overnight. You will also have to start being more consistent because judging from your post consistency appears to be an issue for you...training a month here and there will not make for much of a physique.

100% agree with Skailes...consistency is key...never mind super training programs, crazy diets, all the best supplements ever, etc etc....doesn't do squat if you cant train in a consistent manner for a few years. Id be a billionaire if I got a nickel for every time i hear guys say "I'm getting back into it"
