well time for a new blog now that the contest is done.

The goal now is to get bigger.
I want to be a solid Light heavy weight.
I weighed in at 179lbs in cobourg and i want to be as close to 198lbs for the Ontario's 2014.

Gonna be a long road!!
I got my off season diet from DK and it looks great!!
Getting my results from the ultrasound and X-ray for my shoulder tonight. Hope it is not serious and will heal fast.
In the mean time I an concentrating on my weak ass legs!!

They have always been my bane on stage and in 2014 they will be my strong point!! Promise!!!

By that time i will be a Master also so gonna decide what category to compete in :P

Stay tuned for updates on my progress.

OK here is the diagnosis word for word for my shoulder Injury

Bilateral shoulder Ultrasound
There is a small amount of fluid present in the subacromial and subdeltoid bursa 9x9x2mm consistent with a possible Bursitis. Tendons appear intact. No tears are identified no degenerative change is seen

Left shoulder X-ray
Lateral view suggests a defect at the supero-lateral aspect of the humeral Head 2.0 cm. Appearance suggests a possible Hill-sachs Deformity.

So there it is.
what was the docs opinion? bad sprain like a sprained shoulder.
Just needs rest. It has gotten better since 2 weeks ago when I stopped working upper body at the gym. couple more weeks and should be good to go :)

Is it me or in 2006 you had more legs then in 2008 ?

I was thinking that to.

I'm guessing it's because i could not do legs that much cause of my back.
I really have not been able to hit my legs in a long time.

but that is changing now :)

That was one hell of a transformation once again bro. After 3 contest preps together I'm eager to see how a proper offseason plan will provide the improvements needed to take things to the next competitive level.

Yeah using insulin to work for you, not against you will surely give good results.

now this is a before and after :P

first pic is when I lost 50lbs in 15 weeks the first time ever.
I did it on my own. 215lbs to 165lbs

then I decided to add muscle and compete. this is where it all started :)

keep your eye on the prize man!!

Thanks how I get through it. I keep thinking "I'm gonna step on stage and I seen people who should not have been on stage!! I do not want to be one of those guys!!"

I'm not gonna step on stage looking like I shouldn't be there. that is the last thing I want people saying about me up there!!

So find a goal and you are set man!! make that goal happen!!
