I do not know how many people have a hard time to prep food. I find it is really difficult to prep food or to cook food for the next day or two? Is there any way it would be easier to do it?

You will need tupperware, a scale and food and some time usually on a Sunday night.

Cook a large quantity at once. Cook up meat in the oven or on the bbq and cook up a bunch of rice or whatever your carb sources are.

Then weigh out your macros and portion sizes using the scale and store them in tupperware containers in the fridge. Carry meals with you each day so you don't go hungry.

Another good tip is to set your cell phone alarm to go off when its time to eat.

I agree ^, either you spend time every day or a lot of time here and there to prepare. One thing though I use glass container and not plastic one if you microwave it, unless you transfer in a plate, I have not a lot of faith in heated plastic anymore, whatever the kind.

There's no way to be somekind of gourmet chef prepping everything fresh each meal. Tupperware is your best friend as a bodybuilder. Sunday is grocery and food prep day in my house.

DK how far in advance you prepping your meals for the week? Do you prep each meal mon-fri for the workday? so lets just say you do 5 meals of chicken and 5 meals of tuna, you let sit in the fridge for the whole week (eating last one friday)

Yeah I either eat it cold or put it on a plate and warm it up. Heating up tupperware spells xenoestrogen.

I would just make my meals for the next work day the night/day before usually when I'm making my evening meal. There is no easy way to get the nutrition you need as a bodybuilder.

An easy way is to get a slow cooker...you can make beef stew, chili, chicken breast, pork tenderloin etc just by throwing it in the slow cooker, add veggies, some chicken or beef broth, spices, onion, garlic and turn it on...in 4-6 hours you have multiple servings of protein...just add your carbs and you are good to go.

So you would buy the meat then once you got home you would cook it before you put it in the freezer?

So you would buy the meat then once you got home you would cook it before you put it in the freezer? Yes i cook it then weigh my portions out into individual meals in containers then into the fridge. my huge chest freezer is used for when stuff is on sale and i buy out the entire meat or fish department. So my individual meals won't go in my freezer. it's a sight to see the bbq totally full. the oven double rack full and stove top full all at the same time. but not as funny as seeing me lug around a rolling cooler all day. lol.
