I am not new to the gym or to AAS use. I did natural for 12 yrs and got to 190 lbs,, was always a little fart.. I worked out for the 12 years hard, and eating correctly, and got to 190 natural, with a 18-19% bf.. I eventually did a bunch of Test, Tren, Eq and finally got to 215 with a 15% bf,, strong as an ox,,, I have been off due to getting married and work for about 2 yrs,, still got the 190-195 lbs,,, Do not want to hurt myself,, but I want to get back to the 215 and 14-15% bf. I work offshore 14-14 and can eat really well,,, I just would like someone to write up a small routine to help me get started for my first lets say 6-8 weeks... I know I will lose some weight first, then it will start to come back... Just want and need someone to give me a little routine, that way I can see where I am wrong, or right in my own ideas.... Thanks To All of you who help. Oh I FORGOT,, I am 50 yrs old,, 5'8", and now at 203, with a belly.. about 21%bf... HELP IS WELCOME..

Well I guess this website does not like people not from Canada.. Oh well...Relax young fella you just put this up yesterday and one of the first things you do is ask for advice and then get upset if people don't jump on it right away....have a look around the board and I'm sure you'll find what you're looking for training wise, or just learn some patience. And while you're looking around the board or being patient try taking part in a few threads and let us get to know you....

LOL, Better if you give us your idea of what you're going to do and then we can help modify it to get better results. BTW, welcome to CBB.
