Branch Warren

Hey P.....Watching a Branch Warren leg training video, he squats using some apparatus that hooks over his shoulders and he doesn't have to worry about balancing the bar on his back, looks like a great way to fry your legs, any idea what this piece of equipment is called, would love to get a hold of one. Thanks.

P[/QUOTE o.k. thanks, I guess I've been living in a cave for a while! We actually had a safety squat machine at our gym, (until Goodlife took over and got rid of it), but it was a great alternative to back squats. First time I've actually seen a safety bar though. Thanks again.

You can get them in Canada also. A place called Luckies in Edmonton has these and other specialty bars.
