Hey,

I'm making two separate trips to Canada this summer, and I'd like to get your recommendations for a serious gym in the city center -- and any other recommendations for places to check-out while I'm there. If anyone is looking for a temporary gym partner and can get me into their gym on a guest pass, then let me know.

Itinerary:
From July 11 - July 15 I'll be in Vancouver, B.C. (Yaletown / downtown)
From Aug. 27 - 30, I'll be in Ottawa, Ontario (close to downtown)
From Aug. 30 - Sept. 2 in Montreal, Quebec. (somewhere in the center)
From Sept 3 - Sept 13 Toronto International Film Festival (Drake Hotel)

Ciao,

G.

vancouver gyms all suck ass, but if youre in yaletown/downtown check out Pantheon athletic club on howe or hornby or the world gym on homer. You can have a decent workout at these places and they have heavy enough weights. The new steve nash facility is on the 600 block of granville, it is massive and very impressive. Dont know what they would charge for drop in though, may be out of hand considering its $200 a month for parking alone

No tank tops allowed at Nautilus, right?
Pro Gym or Monster would be your best bet.

In Toronto 15k is a steal. They are usually between 20 and 30,000
