My guess is that the drugs are real just the labeling part is counterfeit. (sildenafil citrate just not Viagra) It would be pretty hard to fake a boner drug and you would have a whole bunch of angry limp guys and no repeat customers. Pfizer has their own private investigators which is probably how the RCMP got wind of it. People should be smarter than messing with a big Pharma company's profits.

Tried some Canadian UG Cialis and it was BETTER than the real thing which I had a script for. That leads me to believe that they either over dosed it or they added something to it , so you are always chancing it when going with UG , good or bad.
My gut instinct is that Chinese Cialis is under dosed. No enough blood volume required for such small penis. More blood volume require for big Canadian penis.
