Pre-Workout Supplements to take:
1.Pre-Workout (Nitric Oxide)
2.Creatine Monohydrate

Intra Workout Supplements:
1.BCAA

Post-Workout:
1.Whey Protein
2.Glutamine

Is that the ideal way or another better way to take these supplements wisely?
If it's not like that, could u type what kind of supplements you take before, during and after workout? Thanks...Much appreciation

Pre-workout :

1) 5-6g Beta-alanine
2) 2g Citruline (better then Nitric oxide)
3) 200mg caffeine
4) 5g BCAA
5) 1G Carnitine L-Tartate (help using fat for energy)

Intra :
Same as above except for caffeine

Post-workout :
1) 6-7g creatine (best time to take it is in the morning and PWO, where insulin sensibility is at it best)
2) 5-10g Glutamine (for gut's health)
3) 50g whey Isolate
4) 75g Carbs
5) 1g Carnitine L-tartate
6) 1g Taurine (good to join with L-Canitine and help to relax)
