I placed my order on September 9th. IT IS SEPTEMBER 26TH AND I HAVE PAID 168 FOR NOTHING, NADDA, ZIP. To clarify these circumstances, I did receive a package.... but not mine... ( YOU GUYS SCREWED UP) :rage . I tried to contact you guys and finally got an answer 2 DAYS AFTER I reported the incident on your website. I was told to ship it back with a new label. I was going out of city the same day so I had no time to do any of those things in the time frames provided to me during the call. I told my father to do it for me instead. Apparently he had forgotten to put the new Shipping Label on it which he did print out, but it still had the old one on it and so UPS SHOULD have my package with a CANADA POST reference number on it :S. It`s been exactly 17 days since the start of my "order" and I am running dry of protein. I tried to explain my situation to you guys TWICE... The reply?

"Hello, we're confused(?) as you have stated that your father has forgotten to add the shipping label to the package, but it was picked up. We need to receive the package before we ship new products to you especially since we have paid for postage to have you ship it back." :wtf

Based on the reviews, this company was held in high regard.... I am really REALLY disappointed in this outcome. :giveup I don't think I want the products any more. Just give me my hard earned money back. :ji

So instead of getting your father to ship it, why not wait until you get back to ship it yourself? I dont see how this is their fault at all. You received products that wasnt your order (fine, thats their mistake but they rectified it by telling you to ship it back with them paying the shipping cost to ship back). If anything be upset with A)your father B) UPS. Have you tried contacting UPS about having a package that should have already been scanned as delivered (to you) but was accepted and rescanned anyways? This doesnt make sense, the shipping label already on it would have been your receiving address. If anything UPS still has your package sitting somewhere.

And why would Canadaprotein reship you a new product, when you havent returned what was mistakenly sent? If I go into a store buy something but its the wrong item, I cant go back into the store tell them they gave me the wrong thing so I want a new one and they dont get back whatever it is they gave me...

Hi Danier, we understand your situation and deeply apologize for the inconvenience and the mix up. We have contacted Canada post and UPS and they have no recollection of the order so you must understand our predicament as we have no evidence of either tracking or pick up of the package because the tracking for Canada post shows that it has been delivered and ups shows no tracking history for the pickup we sent. We have put a trace on the package with the old canada post tracking number and will rectify the situation asap in hopes that you did return the package.

Again we apologize for the mix up and we always will try to offer the best possible means of resolution when circumstances like this arise. It is unfortunate for the honest customers that the dishonest customers ruin this trust we have as we have had numerous dishonest circumstances.

I had absolutely no issue exchanging a product on my last order...

Ahh we're all in the wrong.. I'll call UPS again first thing in the morning.
I was just furious, I apologize for my rash behaviour and use of caps-lock. Hope everything gets cleared up pronto!

UPDATE: I called UPS told them the situation. They are going to call me within the hour for a progress report.

I would just like to what time the request for pick-up was made on September 13th and was it via phone or internet. You guys called me at 1:52PM that day.

Not sure what your trying to say in the second part of your post?

But did UPS ever call you back? Whats the situation on this now, was the package still with UPS?

Oops I meant to say "I would just like to know what time..etc." and it's been resolved! :D UPS called back and said the package was delivered to them on Friday. Just waiting for their response on their site to see if I could maybe change the order a bit lol

I know that shouldnt be a problem to change your order a little I have done it before. Good you had it resolved.

Wow. False Alarm. UPS thought it was shipped out to the shipper.... they looked at the Canada Post tracking number which was 2 days prior to them picking up my package.... just WOW.
