Appreciate some opinions..

A little history... I am 35 years old 260 23% when I was younger I loved winstrol depot always in my delt and usually cut more with clen...
well its been about 10 years since ive done that and had to take a couple years off the gym due to job,kid constant injury to my joints (prob all the winstrol)etc etc.
I am back at it now for about 7 months now and hit a wall..
I am interested in doseing. again.... I can get my hands on test e and was thinking about tren e..... I also have on hand a fair amount of andriol and androgel...and just started the andriol 160mg a day I know most are against andriol but like I said I have alot and it was free same goes for the androgel.
I have hcg on the way and trying to get clomid (my guy is out).. never really did hcg or clomid before never really had to and wasn't really such a big deal back then so not sure of dose.....
My goal is to cut up and pack on some lean muscle.....
I was planing on just running the test e at 500 a week for a month then throw some tren in the mix...

Any sugestions??????

First of all, if it's been 10 years you shouldn't even be considering Tren. It's not a mild drug by any means.

At 260lbs, 23% you can do a lot with simple diet manipulation. That's where I would start looking for the source of the wall you seem to have hit. Adding drugs into the mix isn't the magic answer, it's really only a small part of the equation. So let's see what your diet looks like first and we'll take things from there.

My diet is 40 40 20 seems to be my sweet spot.
cardio 3 times week train 6.

Im no stranger been training since age 18 just off last 2.
My doc is telling me my test is on the low side.

Agreed.

First of all, if it's been 10 years you shouldn't even be considering Tren. It's not a mild drug by any means.

At 260lbs, 23% you can do a lot with simple diet manipulation. That's where I would start looking for the source of the wall you seem to have hit. Adding drugs into the mix isn't the magic answer, it's really only a small part of the equation. So let's see what your diet looks like first and we'll take things from there.

I have come down from 300 not sure of my % sure it was very high...
prob due to muscle memory my stength came on quick....
Don't get me wrong im not jumping into a stack right away its gonna be down the road just planning ahead.. my doc has me on andriol but I don't like it.(sore joints).. we talked about test e.

If you're working with your doc and discussing low test, I wouldn't jump into a cycle just yet. Discuss with him a TRT dose. Tell him the andriol isn't working and you'd prefer to attempt injectable. He may write you a script for test.

Forget about the tren completely.

I'm still convinced you can get things moving again with diet manipulation. Drugs aren't the key here at all.

Winny Depot by Zambon back in the day ruled like no other. Even beat the Winny V by Winthrop IMO. Hard, veiny and strong. Those were the days.

Honestly I feel my doc is winging it when it comes to test replacement...

Anyone know a doc in halton, hamilton region specializing in this sort of thing??

Did you get any actual testosterone numbers when you were checked?

Total Test, Free Test, Estradiol, SHBG, Prolactin etc.

Higher bf is associated with higher levels of aromatase...... thus higher Estradiol levels and lower test / free test.

It's good that he's working with you as far as TRT goes, which is why I'm saying I wouldn't jump on a cycle just yet. You don't want to ruin what you've got started with him right now.

Post up an average day's meal plan for you at the moment. I know you said 40/40/20 but total cals, what makes up those cals, how many meals, etc... For what it's worth I do 40/40/20 when bulking.

-breakfast... 1/2 cup egg whites, 2 slices turkey bacon,1,4 cup 1% cottage cheese, 1 whole wheat toast
-snack.... 2 pro shake (gym) 1 before 1 after with Glutomine
-lunch... usually left over dinner.... 1- 1 1/2 chic breast, 1/2 cup whole wheat pasta or rice, veggies
-snack......pro shake
-dinner..... 1- 1 1/2 chick breast, veggies usually broc,whole wheat pasta or rice
-snack... (bed) pro shake

I was thinking of cutting carbs out competely after lunch..

When cutting, I prefer High protein, Low carbs, moderate fats. Works wonders.

Carbs: Under 100g/day and primarily focused around your workout time. Keep them early in the morning. You're on the right track cutting carbs out later in the day.
Fats: Always choose the good fats but that goes without saying, make up the remainder of your calories here
