I was wondering if someone had a substitute for wheat in recipe like pancakes, cookies... that actually taste good ?

The more I look at it, the more I want to avoid it, now it's been used only on the cheat meal, but if I could avoid it, that would be better ?

Thanks

Eric

after reading the wheat belly book and other articles I have completely cut it out as well. I've been using some paleo sites for recipes, most recommend almond flour or coconut flour but I've had some things not turn out so well. these waffles are really good

Brown Rice flour is pretty good and cheap.

My fiance had a "gluten free" pizza at a restaurant a while back and she asked what the crust was made out of. They said Brown Rice Flour.
