Nice video!! 1994, young Ronnie had a really great shape, he had not the huge GH gut! It's funny that he was already yelling the 'OOOOOH, YUP BUDDY, LIGHTWEIGHT' at this time.

The old man is wow, you would not believe that seeing him walk.

Great inspiring video and at first sight I thought it would be some prank as the old man was not muscular and for me he was too old to lift heavy weights. Sorry for the dumb question but may I know about that old man? I will be kind if you will share more videos of him. Thanks in advance for any input.
