general pct for a moderately doses cycle of test e.......i have arimidex on hand.....can get nolva or clomid.....i think the general is nolva at 40/40/20/20?

should i just do nolva or get clomid as well?

also.....i have arimidex....but i have no idea on the dosing...like .5 eod if gyno starts?????

Arimidex will keep water weight down on cycle. As far as prevent gyno, Nolva is better suited since it directly blocks the estrogen from being active in the breast tissue.

If gyno does flare up, take 80mg/day for 2 days, and then 20mg/day there after.

Since Adex is an AI, or aromatase inhibitor, it's not overly effective as stopping gyno. It will prevent the aromatization of Test into Estrogen, but doesn't block it in any specific sites like Nolva does. You can use it on cycle if you think you're going to have estrogenic sides or high aromatization from a high dose cycle, but other than that, it's just good to have on hand. I took it on my cycle for about 6 weeks at .25mg EOD and noticed the water weight drop, but nothing other than that. I dropped it so I could save it for something more worthwhile, like later this summer. :)
