IGF -1 LR3 injection questions ?

So I am thinking about trying out a peptide along with my PCT. Have some nagging injuries and there is some anecdotal evidence to suggest it may aide in the healing process (along with ART). Plus my training feels like shit on PCT. Anyhow, lots of posts on the internet about where and what to use , anything from slin pin site injections to regular IM injections. What do you recommend ? Oh, and what dose for a 245lb fat ass ? Thanks in advance Prae.

Thanks for the info. I wasn't using it for fat burning - just looking for a dose suggestion. I think I'll pass and do GH with low dose test once I'm through PCT.
