There's been a lot of changes going on at Canadian Protein these days. We have had a lot of growth as of late and our brand name sales have increased quite a bit and as some of you may have found, the service was not the greatest and shipping duration was slow at times.

Well, in an effort to continue to try to offer the best service possible, products, prices, etc. we have launched a new website,
NationalProtein.ca, and partnered with a few companies that will dramatically help us in offering much better service to our customers.

What can you expect from National Protein.ca? You can expect the same HUGE selection of brand name products that was available on Canadian Protein.com with better service and quicker shipping times.

You should also know that Canadian Protein.com will continue to offer all of your favorite bulk proteins, supplements, and nutrition that you've grown to love.

Moving forward, we will strive to be your number one source for all your nutritional needs.

Wow it seems as if you added tons of stuff.

But when I click on any of the sub tabs underneath Supplements on National Protein I get redirected to Go Daddy.

EDIT: I think it was when I clicked on the link in your siggy it messed up but when I click on the link in the post it works fine

Also will ordering from different sites create two different orders? If I wanted bulk whey and a name brand product will I be doing two different orders and two different shipping charges?

Placed an order with these guys and its been an absolute customer service nightmare. They don't answer their phones, return calls when you leave a voicemail and rarly respond to e-mails. They owe me a refund for items they couldn't provide for me, it's been a week and still no refund. If I ever receive my order, I will never do business with them again. If the reps are still on this board, can you pm me because I want this fixed already.

Did you file a ticket through your account on national protein? Also what happened you recieved part of your order and missing others? Or haven't recieved anything?

I ve been talking with cp guys and they've been good. always get back to me and always polite in their letters, tone or whatever .
I am always highly skeptical to the point of complete disbelief when the first post someone makes is like buckmayhem. Maybe cp has major problems but it always is extremely suspicious to me when someone publicly skins another company in a public forum like this.

and one person's " nightmare" is another person's " meh" " it will get fixed - no biggie.".

Maybe a first post shouldnt be so demanding?? It is good to give feedback, but honestly, this makes one look suspicious, and crankypantslike??

There needs to be feedback , that is a given, share your experience, but keep it polite, unless you really get screwed over....There have been several complaints i have seen to national protein, that usually end up being miscommunications, or otherwise...Not to many times was it nationalproteins issues...They seem like solid folks, doing a good job....

I have been nice for 2 weeks already, I'm getting fed up at this point. I placed my order, never received a order confirmation. I then inquired about my order to have them tell me they sent me an e-mail letting me know that one of the products I ordered wasn't available in Canada. I never did receive that e-mail but fine I got back to them and told them to substitute a different product in its place. Next they were going to refund me the difference which was supposed to be done at the end of that business day. A week goes by and no refund, unable to track order. I have since left messages on their voicemail because no one picks up the phone, opened a file on my account which keeps stating that the file is closed even though I have not received response from them. Feel like I'm getting taken for $250. I saw a rep on here that's why I posted this, hoping to get this resolved. I think anybody would be getting frustrated at this point.

BM- the issue would have been better handled had you dealt directly with the rep that you saw on here.
it's too easy to scream and yell.
that said, perhaps a letter to cp " if you don't handle this today, then I will be posting my experience with your company on the supplement board " sort of thing.
perhaps cp is a bit on the soft side when it comes to handling complaints.

then people would be more accepting of your comments. as the boards are full of people representing competing companies who pretend to be just joe average consumer. And these shills knock down the competitor while saying that THEIR product X is vastly superior and put muscle where there wasn't any muscle before... sort of thing.

send the rep a priv message.
give him / her one day.
and you want your money back apparently.
if nothing happens, post up that you went that route and nothing happened.
and it goes from there.

a tracking number is par for the course.
credit card refund should be easily done for these online companies.

If you have been filing tickets through their site, mind taking a screen shot. Just like other said, this is your first post and Ive never ONCE had a issue. And all other issues I have seen, I have also helped resolve in some manner or another.

So what did you order that is not available in Canada? Have you been checking your spam folder? Canadaprotein (/NationalProtein) usually never corresponds via email and ALWAYS through tickets on their site. The only emails they send out are Order Confirmations, Confirmations that your order has been shipped and If there has been a new message left on your open ticket on their site.

Have you recieved no emails at all? Not even a order confirmation (saying that your order was placed)\

Sorry for all the questions, just trying to get all the answers and try to help yea out best I can

I never received an email confirming that my order was shipped at all. I spoke with a rep on the phone all most 2 weeks ago and he said I would receive a refund for the price difference for the replacement products and that my order would ship the next day. I did receive and email asking me to pay for the changed order that I already paid for.That is the last communication I had with them. Also I am not affiliated with any sites or stores in anyway.

I spoke with the customer service rep that said it was shipping the next day. The updated order is in my order history as well. This isn't my big issue, they won't communicate at all with me, and that's what's sending up red flags for me.

Your not answering my question. Did you recieve a email saying your order had been accepted?

Also it will always say completed if the last action was done by Canadaprotein, if you were the last to respond it would say new.... Im 99% sure thats how their ticket system works. How about taking a screen shot of that? Will be able to see the full conversation.

Also if it was opened on the 23, thats two days ago.... So was your order placed two days ago? Or was there a earlier ticket that you were corresponding with Canadaprotein with?

This is just one example so you will believe what I'm saying. This is the entire conservation, they never replied and yes I received an email saying my order was accepted. I placed this order on Oct.12 to be exact. Oct.23 was just the last time I tried to contact them.

Hmm odd situation, well I had a question for Canadaprotein and opened a ticket earlier this evening and mentioned this thread. So we will see what happens.

But what is the entire conversation? You posted one ticket. If you could post other things it might help, cause right now, it just seems like something is not right here. As this is very very uncharacteristic of CanadaProtein and this being your first post.... Just seems odd

The last rep told me it would be around $25 and was going to be created at the end of the business day last week. Can you please look into this. Thanks

I have 2 more tickets, one where they do respond and the other they don't but I'm not putting up those because they have my phone number on them. I asked if they could call me to get the order straight and they did call me back once, which is when the customer service rep told me the info I mentioned earlier.

Hey Bud, your order was shipped earlier today, we do apologize for the delay, also, we have been looking into the issue with paypal why the refund hasn't been issued yet and it is still pending for some reason, but it was sent, $22.95 was sent.

Also, we did speak with you as you wanted to add a few more products to the order after discussing the swap, but the order did take a bit longer because we had to pull it from processing and sometimes when that happens it creates a little bit of a mess because we have to pull it from the packages going out or in transit, redo the shipping, etc. This is a process we need work on streamlining unfortunately so we take blame for this delay and do apologize.

Also, in regards to the messages, the majority of the time we're on the phone line all day, taking orders, helping customers, etc. so the phone is not the best way to get a hold of us and obviously we get that can be an issue for some, but we can't have a team of people answering phones all day at this point.

Lastly, no matter what the issue is we are not in the business off taking money from people, ripping people off, etc. and if there is an issue we will ALWAYS resolve it no matter what.

With that said, please respond to your tickets as just because it says completed doesn't mean that it can't be reopened.

But yea, that has happened to me. Where I had to switch out a item and it took a bit longer didnt even think about that.

CanadaProtein always comes through. Sorry I wasnt of much help LOL

Thank you for you quick response to the situation this evening, I do apoligize that it came to this but when your told your item will ship the next day and then zero communication for over a week, it makes a guy suspitious. Thanks LB for rectifying the situation.

Not a problem, i do find it odd that the ticket you posted shows completed without a response from us because our ticket system changes the status from new to completed once we respond...hopefully everything is fine now :D

No problem bud, do what I can to help. Ive used Canadaprotein since they opened their doors. I know their a great company and I will back their products and service (as Ive always had A+ experience, even when I, yes I made the mistake)

We have to supply Canada post with that info so it may have been sent incomplete which why we need you to send an email, not much we can from here.

...it IS hard to get a response. I had an item missing in my order, and I've filed several tickets and left a voice message over the past week, and haven't received any response yet.

No worries, man. I completely understand. I work in a similar industry, and sometimes...well...a LOT of times, there's just WAY too much work to be done and not enough hours in the day to complete it.

I have placed orders with both CANADIAN PROTEIN and NATIONAL PROTEIN. The order from Canadian Protein came without a glitch and I received it today. The order from National Protein was charged to my credit card but I have not received an order number, order confirmation, shipping confirmation, and I have not received any contact from customer service despite multiple attempts (3 attempts each method) to contract them via online and phone.

Complaining on online forums seems to work seems to give companies incentive to get back to forgotten customers.

interesting.. I was just about to purchase something from nationalprotein because for some reason it is not available on the *************. I figured I'd google "reviews" first and stumbled upon this post. How coincidental that you just posted yesterday!

Well now I am certainly relunctant to order since you're having problems. I went on canadianprotein.com (which I hadn't heard of) but I don't like their website at all.. they have no product images for almost all their products, including the one I am interested in, and their product information/selection seems far worse than nationaprotein's

The product I was going to order btw is Integrated Supplements Creapure Creatine Monohydrate 1000g

Please reply with an update when you have one bntueronline

bntueronline, your nationalprotein.ca order was sent last week, we are showing that the order confirmation was sent twice to your email address on file with your order, we also called multiple times, however, you have not picked up and do not have a voicemail. We are also showing that the package shipping notification from canada post was also sent to the email on file which includes your tracking information. My guess, you entered an incorrect email address for your order.

vesper8, canadianprotein.com is a bulk nutrition website with our own brand. Also, all of the images on canadianprotein.com are all there including the actual label and nutritional facts, with that said, we're not exactly sure what the problem is.

They did get back to me yesterday with my order information.
They said I was sent all my order information, but I can assure you I had not received anything.

Funny thing is I tried to log into my account multiple times to check on my order and the server didn't recognize my email or password.
I tried password retrieval but my account wasn't on file. I had to re-register.

The verdict is I would order from them again. They have great prices for a Canadian based company and this was probably a computer system glitch.

hi couple weeks ago i ordered there was one item missing
anabeta elite (pay 70,19$ for it
asked in request about it say they forgot to inform me that is was out of order , been told it would be in by the end of that weeks...
weeks after they took the item from there website...
since then trying to get a store credits/discount for my next purchase and been playing around
one of my last request was to send me either erase pro or a store credit got a reply today saying ...
when a item is out of orders it was from the manufacturer ..wich do not help me at all if any implication to my case ...
both request Id is : 3456 and 3510
would like some reply please been going on for a bit too long for my taste :(
