Truth be told, I haven't squatted in the past 6 months and I tried in the past 3 weeks. Whenever I do, I get really bad cramps and spasms, which stops my workouts to go and stretch. I used to squat with ass to grass with no problems. Any one has some advice on how to get rid off these cramps and spasms? I want to start some proper power-lifting techniques and forms. Cheers for any info and advice.

Telling us where the cramps are would be a good start.Be honest about your squatting history.

Do you foam roll pre/post ? If not then you should start.

How about you outline your leg training as well as your nutrition and also how much water are you drinking in a day?
