Just dropping in to say hi

My name is Patrick Skailes but some of you may know me as p.s. from other boards like CJM. I was told about Canadabodybuilding by a good friend, and he said this is one of the few solid Canadian boards. So here I am. For those that don't know me.....I've been competing in bodybuilding since '79 and in that time I managed to attain pro status in the WNSO and more importantly the IFBB when I won the CBBF masters nationals in '04. I've also won a few powerlifting contests in the past including provincials and nationals as well as competed in some strongman events, but my true love is bodybuilding. Due to an injury in '09 away from the gym I had to retire from competition (not training though) and my career in corrections, so I'm now working as an online coach for bodybuilding and of course all the other physique related sports and anyone looking to just get into better shape in general.

Lets see what else is there. I'm married to Dolly (she got 3rd last year in the middleweight CBBF nationals) and that's about it.
