I want to know which muscle group this exercise I thought of targets:
You take a cable machine (a two sided one as in there are two racks of weights to where you can attach a handle) and you attach the handles to the top/high attachments. Then you grab with each hand one of the handles so that your arms form more or less a right angle with the rest of your body and then pull the cables down to your hips and then repeat.
I searched for this on various bodybuilding sites but haven't found this exercise anywhere. Does this mostly do the shoulders or does it focus on the trapezius?
