Just a note here, Mike Lynds was trained by none other than Salim Satir who trained Mr. Canada 2011 - Mike Johnson AND Mr. Canada 2010 - Santana Anderson. This makes it three in a row. A big congrats to Mike for getting his pro card and again to Salim for his success. Also a big congrats to all the winners thus far. I am away at the moment but will try to update the final IFBB pro's if possible.

Yeah he...sometimes we...would train them wed and sat. 3 work sets squats...3 sets alternating bb lunges...3 set split squat...3 sets lying 2 leg curl/0r partial stiff deads. 8-12 rep 90 sec rest.

What an excellent run show! Sandra & Ross are great. The extra open room backstage was a good idea, as was telling the bikini classes to come later! Overall I think it was the smoothest run show I have ever competed in!
