has anybody heard of PS before and used it?

I like it as an occasional pre-bed sleep aid
(when i take a break from melatonin or gaba)
or when i'm super stressed and i think my cortisol is probably sky high.

For me, its too expensive to take as a Post-Workout
If i ever had to take an exam, memorize something, or do public speaking,
i'd probably take 1000mg before that, but for now... i ration it
