Whoa! 10 footer 6" diameter is going to be some serious torque on that midsection. What kind of moves have you been doing?I like to sling the long end over my shoulder while extending my arm and torso like a tennis serve, the pull at full extension is pretty intense.

i just did a mini circuit for upper....standing bradford press, narrow grip floor press, reverse grip floor press then standing oh press.....4 circuits of 20 reps each and i was def feelin the burn.......i think i will just be walking with the 10 footer for now as its gonna be ****in heavy and awkward as all hell.....

built the 6" ten footer yesterday.....but it was a run what ya brung kinda operation...didnt have 2 of the 6" pvc caps so i used a 6x4 reducer with a 4" cap and i filled it 3/4 full...pulled it down and tried to balance it...SMASH....6x4 reducer exploded when it hit the ground and i just looked like an idiot in my front yard....lol........im chopping the 6x4 out and using a proper 6"cap this time....its heavy as hell....and my wife says im embarassing her (bonus!!)
