Protein: chicken, egg whites, tilapia, sashimi (salmon, butterfish, white tuna)
Carbs: white rice, brown rice
Fats: almonds, fish oils
Condiments: masterpiece bbq sauce (not kidding), fiery jerk sauce, teryaki, frank's red hot, all types of spices (greek, tex mex, etc)
Restaurant foods: sushi (sashimi, hand rolls, chicken and beef teryaki), thai (anything with chicken and cashews, lol)
Treat: breyers ice creams (reeses pb, wonderbar, skor, mrs.fields)
This is essentially what my diet consists of as of now. I get my chicken, egg whites, and tilapia at costco. Go out to eat a few times a week, cycle my carbs, have ice cream when my body tells me. Pretty instinctual. Eating like this and sitting around 210lbs at about 6%bf. Probably get in around 400g protein, carbs vary, fats low, except on sushi days, lol. Very much a GH15 style diet. Anyone else eat like this? Don't get me wrong, I'm also on tren, anadrol, t3, clen. My appetite is through the roof, and these are the foods my body craves.

No red meat, salmon, egg yolks...good thing you are on gear otherwise your hormone profile would be awful.

No no, I get red meat and salmon when I go to sushi. I just don't have it in my fridge generally speaking. Sometimes I'll pick up the top sirloins from costco. But ya, lol, not worried about getting in cholesterol for test production. I change things around, always trying new things, in the winter I was eating tons of beef and whole eggs. Loved my raw eggs shakes, at one point was having 24 to 36 whole eggs a day. I find the lower fat proteins much easier on the stomach though. But definitely have fatty proteins like beef and salmon a few times a week when i go to sushi or out in general. Love my sushi :)

Grass fed beef and wild salmon are low in fat...its the grain fed beef and farmed fish you should avoid.

Very true, thanks Praetorian! Always appreciate advice from someone with your experience. Are you doing nationals in August?

Problem is the only grass fed beef and wild salmon I know of are always frozen and I hate frozen meats.

I should also mention I love my daily fiber serving of 8g psyllium husks and 2g soft white wheat bran. Get it from bulk barn and mix it with some nestea field berry flavor pack. Bowel movement is excellent with this! In my experience nothing works better.

No taking a year off from comp...got married this year and didnt have much of an off season due to a back injury...ive dropped body fat and am sitting around 8% at 245lbs and will gain very slowly until next spring when i will start my diet. I dont go over 10% BF anymore offseason and thus dont need to lose much to get into contest shape.
I prefer psyllium and golden ground flax seed over the wheat bran...i just dont like eating any wheat based products at all.

Loving my new shake:
2 cups egg whites
about 2.5 cups of frozen strawberry-banana mix
some nesquick (chocolate always goes well with strawberry and banana)
Blend it and its one tasty smoothie

I know the question was'nt directed at me. But if i may, you should try a little coffee grinder. Hamilton beach makes one and it's great for grinding spices 9 (fairly cheap too). I would assume this would do the trick.

Hope this helps

From what I know, protein in raw eggs are not very well absorbed, about half of it only.
