Was shocked to see Melody place 8th in WBB especially after I saw pics of winner...found some youtube of Mel....I guess she was 8th...she is usually a conditioning machine with super tight torso and legs and good overall balance...unfortunately she went with a different look here

Reason being if you see whats winning most of these shows down there its a smaller / softer look than what we have seen in the past. I think this is going to be the norm moving forward. Look at Mel in the T.O Proshow 2 yrs ago vs today . I too thought she looked great ( im biased though as shes a childhood friend of mine). She did a great interview on RX radio which somewhat explains some of the changes. Tampa show is next.

exactly, sad some would say but true, its the future.......Percicely why Nicole Ball a close friend, turned to Physique instead. Happy for her and know she will rock it. THE most dedicated person ive ever known
