Hey all, just wanted to post some preview pics 7 weeks out, also wanted to wish everyone competing out there good luck! My weight class will be disclosed on contest day in the weigh ins I guess, I wouldn't want to throw any competitors in a different direction which could work against me. Anyone who sees me there come say hello! I'm not a badass wannabe who walks around like i'm about to take out a Kennedy.

And bring a Bigmac, you'll be my best friend.

naa, im done bodybuilding, did what i wanted to do in the face of every hater, doubter (no offense..), got my Mr. Canada ring which they gave out the first time this year. Off with an interview this week with musclemag and a shooting, and im done and done. Im originally an Engineer, awesome career path, plus works for me as a family man. But who knows! Life always has it's way of changing direction, maybe i'll have a change of heart :)
