so pretty new hear and I have been goin back and reading some articles... and I found this one particularly interesting. as did my fiance. so we gave it a go, this weekend will be 4 weeks in and weirdly enough my body is responding better than I could have predicted... as well as my fiances... so much so her sister was floor at her results and is trying it out for herself. I have a question though and there are so many different views i'm looking for more input. I have been trying to bulk up the past year and have been maken solid gains and since I started this diet I have found the only way to meet my caloric needs is to eat a pile of nuts usually a mix of walnuts, almonds, and pecans with a few dried raspberries in there these are all very high in omega 6.....really high I do take a solid fish oil sup but what about the 1:1 ratio.... and what about all the articles about consuming more then 4g of omega 3 being pretty bad.... just in the nuts alone I roughly get 45000mg of omega 6 to a mere 10000mg of omega 3? not really sure what to make of this? my fish oil sup is 4137mg oil with 1735 omega 3.... but they are no where near what they should be and way to high??
