Hi. My name is *****. I'm 45 yrs old & have been training for almost 20 yrs. I've actually been training right for a couple of years.
I have TypeII diabetes, moderate cholest, low T, & Sleep apnea.
I've been a member of a few other sites, but I'm interested in finding people a little more local than say, California, Mexico City, or London England.
I'm looking forward to meeting, or emeeting more people.

You certainly have some interesting smilies.
Without actually putting an effort in, does anyone know of any BB comps coming up in Central Ontario? I haven't had a chance to look around here, yet, but I'd like to see a comp. I am, personally, in no condition to ever do a comp in this galaxy, timeline, or dimension.

LOL, you young whelp!
Well, it was set at 13. But about 6 weeks ago I had a LAUP(Laser Assisted Uvulopalatoplasty). I have since adjusted it down to 7, but I haven't had another sleep study to determine optimum number. 7 just feels right.

Wow you seem like a mess...Did you happen to break your nose in the past to have such problems breathing or is it all inherited from your dad? Big neck overweight?
I take it you can set your own machine....they don't like that you know :)

Uh, I got permanently inlamed turbinites from a sinus infection several years ago, plus a mildly deviated eptum, genteic I assume.
My Mom's family were all fatties, I mean huge. I got some of that, plus a good dose of sloth and gluttony. Workin on it.
I learned how to set mine from youtube. I'll just set it back before I go back officially.

Hey y'all. I thought I'd stop in and look around. Life's been pretty busy.
Nothing much's changed. Gained a little muscle. Lost a little fat.
Curently into my 4th wave of a 5/3/1, hitting it pretty steady since New Years, which is a feat in itself, for me. Starting into a keto diet to get my sugar under control. Dr ****ed up my meds in January and I've been fighting ever since with little success.
