stats are - 6'1, 212lbs 10- 13%bf hard to tell when bloated

so heres the deal i hold alot of water from carbs and bloating is huge problem with me. one very high carb meal can mean 10- 12 lbs bloat withing 2 days following before i start to flush the water.

diet i was thinking of going with is

meal 1- 12 egg whites - 3 omega eggs
meal 2- 50 g isolate, 2 tbsp natty pb, 1 small apple
meal 3-7 oz chicken breast, 1 cup lettuce 1tbsp olive oil
meal 4- same as meal 3
meal 5-(pre w/o)- , 50 g isolate, apple or half bananna
meal 6- (pwo)- 50g isolate, 1 cup berrys

meal 3 and 4 are the same but those are just the times i get to gym 4 out of 5 days because of work. meal 6 is usally around 8 pm
supplements inc, multi vit, fish oil caps, going to get some bcaa's.

any changes you see needing made ? as well as anything to keep bloating down after my re feed 1x a week.

I would suggest doing a diet first to get BF much lower before trying to gain. Most people under estimate BF percentages and can add at last 5% to what they think they are. As well once BF goes above 10% your natural hormones will be negatively affected...gaining while leaner will be more efficient and much easier.Do a search for the Dave Palumbo 200lb male diet and run that for two months...also start walking in the morning before eating 20min EOD to start...increase by 5-10 min every week or every other week. For refeed meals avoid anything with gluten and dairy...take a probiotic daily before eating and us digestive enzymes with solid food meals.
The diet will improve insulin sensitivity making muscular gains much easier while keep BF low...as well you can experiment to see what foods are causing issues.

^^ Can you elaborate further on when and how many (Billion) probiotics should be used daily, and how often? Can you also specify why to take enzymes / probiotics with whole foods and not shakes? I have been popping mine with my shakes and any whole food I reheat in the microwave because I figured they were overly cooked / processed and could use the extra digestive help, but I dont normally do it with just regular whole food meals.

Thank you

15 billion cells per serving is fine...liquid meals are easier to digest.

And most protein supplements have already the enzymes added!

Progressive HCP probiotic 2x a day has worked well for me.

I also take UDO's digestive enzyme blend as well and recommend them as well.

If you go the route of the cutting first as P mentioned, then there is no reason the diet you've outlined wouldn't get you ripped in a hurry! When you do decide to bulk, whether lowish on carbs or not, I suggest eating way more...
