I love leg day too..... however I don't like the day 2 days later when serious DOMS sets in.

Can't exactly remember where this place was, steep set of stairs with small treads and no handrail.Life threatening after deep squats.

Despite the fact that I have a torn meniscus and can't squat quite to parallel right now I still look forward to training my legs more than anything else. The numbers are down but I can still maintain decent size and strength. My goal is to convince the surgeon that I need surgery and to be back squatting medium heavy for this time next year.

Why is it that nobody ever seems to be able to get things repaired? All the fatties hogging resources?

Why is it that nobody ever seems to be able to get things repaired? All the fatties hogging resources?I'm sure that and the fact that our population is getting older are two major factors.....Blown tendons, OA as well as other knee/shoulder and joint issues just aren't life threatening problems unlike all the poorly conditioned oldies and fatties suffer with etc....

I love leg days (in fact I love training every parts).

Funny thing, not long ago when I trained my legs, there was another guy doing legs too (didn't saw all his training as he was not doing the same things, but saw him doing some legs exercises) and we finished both at the same time, so we went out (training room is at 3rd floor) down the stairs at the same time, I was going down the stairs like a guy who trained his legs and him was going down like someone who didn't train his legs, seeing me he asked me if I had knees problems... I said ''no, I trained my legs...'' he was looking at me so surprised, like a big 'WTF' was stamp in his front, he stayed there looking at me speechless, probably never trained his legs hard enough to feel something.
