Need help with paypal dispute (for a service)

I bought a service through someone nobody on this board for a prep. Now we had a bit of chat just over a week ago and havent heard from him since. The transaction was completed through paypal 2 weeks ago (June 5). I have
screen shots of the conversations, but because its a service and not a physical good do I even stand a chance here?

Yea he was a reputable member of another forum, I have had a instance where I had a email service which would send me updates on certain job posting that ended up the same situation and I was able to get a refund through paypal but I assume its because the seller didnt respond at all during the dispute.
