Gentleman, I am new here, so here I go. I am a ex boxer who hasnt been in the ring for 6 years. I work a ton of hours as a ironworker welder, so it kind of makes my personal time sparce. Im sure we all know what thats like eh. Over the past 6 years I have let myself down, but I am making a change. I am a large framed, 6', now 240, but should be 210. I handle heavy steel day in, day out, dont smoke, dont drink, and eat way to much. I need a little help to cut and lean down. When I boxed I had a great build, had a great meta and had a awsome recovery time. But again, due to a hecktic schedule I have slipped over the years to a point where I am not happy with myself and I am making a change. I have been following a strict diet with 2 hours of cardio each night....... but it seems my meta has changed al little.... gulp... alot! I am not getting the results I am looking for, nor working for. I need a little help, well, maybe alot of help! I have been looking into a few differant options. I am a healthy, non smoker, non drinker, hard worker, no medications, with no prior health issue or any serious illness. I have been researching steroid usage as a means to get my results and keep them. I have a few in mind, but mostly (Anavar) Oxandrolone , Clenbuterol, Cytomel T3(liothyronine sodium), Deca Durabolin (Nandrolone Decanoate),Primobolan(Methenolone Enanthate), Trenbolone Enanthate, Trenbolone Acetate, Winstrol (Stanozolol), Parabolan (Trenbolone Hexahydrobencylcarbonate). I have in mind a stack cutt cycle of one or more of the above. I have not spent much time with steroid use, BUT I have studied the use, affects, problems, hazards, doses and procedures to using such products. I feel I am willing and able to give this an honest go. I am looking for a honest perso who knows these steroids types, who has knowledge and or expierence with them, who is willing to offer me any advice they have on the use and adherance, dose procedures, dose sizes, stacks and cycles. I am located in Ontario and I try to stay away from the internet cyber pharm crap, too many scammers, too many rip off artists and too much customs crap to deal with. Any information that you are willing to offer is greatly appricated. I know I am new to this forum, but I am not new this topic. I have been around enough to know of the business and the ethics, but not long enough to know the ins and the outs. I appricate everyones time and look forward to being a part of this group and community. Thanks

Welcome to CBB bro.

I'm currently on the following cycle:

Test-E @ 800mg EW
Tren-E @ 400mg EW
Anavar @ 40mg ED

The Test/Tren has always been my staple cycle. I respond very well to this combo and I always seem to lean out pretty good from it.

Added the Anavar only recently and I have noticed a change in my trunk fat already.

These are just my experiences and to be honest I would never recommend this combo to a first time AAS user.

Test alone with proper diet, cardo and weight training will yeld you some very impressive results.

Great to see this is a active forum with active members!! And a Canadian one at that! Nice numbers Freebsd1977, very nice indeed. Smart-tony, what is a common anavar capsul mg size, and what is the best times to consume these? Clen seems to possess powerful cutting results. I read that it is infamously known for counterfiets and its hard to find a constant supply of high quality clen. I understand a 60-120mg dose devided with the day will yield powerful results. a I have a strick jog in the morning, at 5am, no food, 600mg of 1,3,7-trimethylxanthine, other wise known as Caffeine a great central nervous system and metabolic stimulant and jog for 1 hour. After which I start my low fat, low carb, diet for the day. At 6, again job for 1 hour and hen call it quits. But in between I dont stop all day, allways moving moving and moving. Speaking of that, 5 comes to early and im still up rambling when I should be catching zzzzzzzzz's, have a good one lads.

MRright, great info man, this is great. Testosterone Enanthate 800/w with Trenbolone Enanthate 400/w with 40/d of anavar, WOW, nice stack bro, but I will listen to your words of advice, thats a bit much for me, but very impressive. What results are/were you seeing with this stack on a bi weekly and monthly weight average? What weight did you start at and weight are you holding at now? Is there any quirks to this stack and has your responce been problem free. Again, thanks bro for the info and I look forward to yor guys support! Thanks, but for sure this im im out, later

First off welcome to CBB. Next what is your goal?? To lose BF?? Increase muscle mass?? You say you run 2 hours a night, what about weight training? If your goal is to lose fat and add some lean mass, then it is easy; eat a good diet, train properly (cardio and resistance training). There is no need to use AAS. AAS won't do shit if you do not eat right and train right. That said bro, your best course of action would be to take all that money that you are gonna waste on AAS, hire a trainer, buy lots of chicken, fish, lean beef, brown rice, oatmeal, broccoli and spinach and start eating and training right to attain your goals. Now you are more than welcome to shun my advice, go out get a bunch of gear, train improperly, eat improperly and get nowhere and possibly harm yourself with powerful hormones. Be smart bro...there are no short cuts.

Two hours of cardio a night is excessive and not needed. If there's a problem, its your diet, and that alone needs to be corrected first before worrying about any anabolics. After the anabolics are finished you will slide right back to where you started unless your diet and training dictate otherwise.

As gustavo says, get a solid training and meal program together. That's something you can follow indefinately, as opposed to anabolic steroids. They need to be the icing on the cake, not the whole enchelata.

Hey bro the truth sucks and you nailed it on the head! My diet need to be improved.... at te least. We are what we eat. As for my cardio its all I know. When I was boxing I was allways running, jogging, skipping, lots and lots of speed bag and reflex bag work with a little less heavy bag. The weight work was very light and fast, it was a balance of speed and more speed. My trainer at that time, my last year boxing was 78, he had ole school military approaches and never liked us focusing on weight training. The ole fart would still beat my ass down if he is still kickin, hehe. I will need a trainer no doubt about it, ut the problem is.... I work all over Ontario, mostly in the Toronto area during the week, and then in eastern Ontario for the weekends, and i drive like 2000km a week, so its making things a pain i my ass to get a regular schedule. My main goal at this point is to lose weight fast, then as BF decreases I want to start heavy lifting for strength. I was blessed with a large frame to work with, but I allways had a hard time packing on muscle mass. I kow this is mostly due to my training style I was exposed to. I am not going to get back into the ring. My days with boxing are long gone, but I do want to start the old boxing club back up one day. Its a great chance for kids to learn a skill and sport. But thats long term. My goals are to lose my BF fast. I am not responding well at this point. I eat LOTS of tuna, some chicken, lots of salad, lots and lots of eggs, ill eat eggs any way I can and some fruits, 3 times a day. I have been trying this for about 2 months with my running, morning and night, but I am not losing the bf I was looking for. I have noticed I am not having the same amount of enegry I should have, so lets face it, I dont have a clue how to eat proper and I NEED a person who can work magic with my schedual. I am willing to give this 110% on my part, I am not new to commitment, but I am new this style of commitment. I do realize there is no way out of hard work and sweat, but there is ways to make it a little easier. I do appricate your advice with the utmost respect and I heed your warnings. You guys are a wealth of information!!!! Thanks Brothers

I eat LOTS of tuna

I have noticed I am not having the same amount of energy i should have

i guarantee those are interrelated. i was eating 3+ cans of tuna a day for 2 weeks and i was feeling so exhausted all the time. its something to do with the effect of mercury on your system. switched it out for protein shakes/bars. now i feel great.
if you can't afford to cut it out (i love how tuna is mad cheap and easy to eat) i'd still try to find another alternate source. seriously bro, cut down the tuna to maybe 1ce a week.

also, read this to get a few of the basics of bb'ing down:

good luck

legaliz3, great info bro, I was reading that the tuna is having issues with that but health cana says they gots the situ. under control, b.s. No body likes heavy metals. I had zinc poisoning twice, nasty man, real nasty, its called metal fume fever from welded clad steel alloys like hot dipped zinc galavanizing, nasty nasty shit, it will make you shake and shiver till you puke, not good stuff. I will try to cut it back for sure, but your right bro, its cheap and dam easy to have with ya and it can be sooooooo tasty in soooo many ways. What is your daily protein intake look like, and whats the sources? thx bro

Tigger, did you ever try a low-carb diet for a short period of time to see how your body reacts to the stress? Since you say you wanna lose BF real quick, low carb eating will do it. Try it for a month and then you can go on to the heavy lifting without all that extra baggage hanging on you. I know the feeling well, trust me. Try a 3 day/1 day cheat eating system. For 3 days try to limit carbs to under 50 grams and keep it low glycemic and on cheat day aim for around 200 grams mixed low and high glucemic to refuel the tanks. A fellow poster here Gordi is on a similar diet, he can give you the details as well.

I checked out that site, nice stuff. I saved it and emailed it to my gf so she can print it off for me. Very informative, very intense. Freebsd1977 as for the low car b diet, I think your right, I may have to work on that hard 1st, then worry about building later. Get that extra weight off 1st. I agree. I will have to lay out a strong diet for myself and follow it. I need a little help with laying it out tho...... well, ok, maybe a ton of help, lol, anyways bro, appricate the response, i know what your saying and it makes good sense, kill the carbs, starve the bf. Thanks bro
