i was wondering what if you guys think this is a good routine;
monday legs, tuesday chest/back, wednesday arms, thursday off, friday shoulders /abs, saturday chest/back/ arms (light day) sunday off

IMO, if you work chest/back one day, it's not ideal to works the arms the day right after, cause they are involved quite a bit, it would be better to have at east one day off between them, same thing with shoulders, you will involve them again the day after when you do chest.

Personally I would hit legs more than arms.

well i ride my bike everyday for about an hour to work and back, so my legs get a workout.
