Hi everyone. I have been training for 13 years. I am always looking for ways to tweak my training and diet to reach goals. So I am here to learn and contribute when I can. As of now I have no aspirations to compete on stage however I enjoy the disciplined lifestyle and aspire to keep improving my fitness and strength levels. Cheers everyone.
