Safe Coffee Whitener

Prae,any suggestions for a safe replacement for Timmy's cream?Years back I read that coffee cream could put two pounds of fat per month on you.

fat free milk or 2% - that coffee whitener lights on fire so that can't be good for you :)

Personally I like whipping cream 35% !!!

Usually I'm on the road,wont carry around liquids.im trying to lose weight not look like a seal pup lol.

The best is 10 or 18% cream...its lower carb then milk...u can get it at almost any coffee place.

This sounds reasonable.Throw that triple timmys on the ground in the cold....doesn't look too good.

1 tablespoon 10% cream in coffee three times daily is perfectly fine...never prevented me or my clients from getting show ready.
