WOW this is very shocking. I didn't know him like some of you did but either way he seemed like a very nice and down to earth guy.

As many of you know, L3 and I met through the CBB forums and for a while before we got together and trained, etc we didn't really like each other. We only knew the online persona of each other but not the real person behind the screen. Well we got to know the real person behind the screen and let me tell you, you couldn't ask for a better person in your life. There wasn't anything he wouldn't do for you.

I remember a couple years ago when I was still in Ottawa, I was laid up for a week with a hurt back from deadlifts. I couldn't barely get out of bed let alone go to work. Several occasions I would have a text from him saying he was at my place with a coffee and treats during that week. It wasn't at any request on my part. He was simply being caring and compassionate friend. That was him.

Rest in peace buddy. You'll be missed and never forgotten.

I really didn't know him other than reading a few posts but that sounds like a great person to do something like that. Very sad.

Ya very sad not a day that goes by i don't about him, my friend was the guy that found him...and he just passed away last week.
So 2 friend in are in heaven together.
