So this beef here, it was $84.

8K eye round
1.5k ground beef
2.4k flank steak

For about 26lbs, factory fresh, I'd say that's a good deal.

I can't stand beef once its frozen and then thawed and cooked. It has this dry dehydrated texture to it. How do u package it and store it in the freezer

I won't lie, it's probably a bit drier, but eye of the round is tough anyway, so I don't notice a great deal.
I store it regular plastic bags, separated in layers with tinfoil for easy access.

half grass fed cow = 360lbs 2.99/lbs cut to whatever i want just got it last week.... figure i should be good for a bit:)

Been doing that since I was poor in college - great way to save a few bucks.

I'm sure most guys around here know a farmer or two that can hook them up ;).
