What does one take immediately post workout to maximize their recovery while still avoiding the glycogen replenishment of a direct carb source?

Is it just 2 scoops whey in water? Add any nuts, fats, fibre or anything else to it?

What is the best shake / meal to have in this time?

I don't add oil and fibers on this shake because it slow down digestion, whey alone is insulogenic, which is good to cut down the cortisol. I was adding glycine too, it's a good cortisol suppressor, but Prae told me it's not really needed. I take also 5-6g of creatine, Vit C and Vit E.
