Hey CBB! I just want to let everyone know that I have started my online personal coaching, personal training and fitness page through Facebook. This is just phase 1, a stepping stone if you will in my long to be fitness career. I've got the drive to take this to the next level with a ton of new and exciting ideas for improving the fitness community not only on the East Coast but hopefully all of Canada and beyond. If anyone is on Facebook and want to check it out, look up Tufts' Fitness and Nutrition Connection.
I have just a few of many to come packages and services developed already including but not limited to:
-Nutrition Planning
-Contest preparation
-Personal Training
-"Fit Packs" Series - a complete series of customized training and nutrition plans for just about everyone

Even if you're not interested in purchasing any plans I'd love if everyone could take a browse over the next few days, weeks etc. as I will be posting new articles each week on fitness related topics not limited to just bodybuilding, healthy and delicious bodybuilding recipes, Q and A's each week and much more to come.
