Hey All,
We want to address the shipping concerns some of you have had. First off, we want to apologize for the delays. Second, we want you to know that we have worked out a solution to solve these issues with our shipping department and our logistics and couriers. Prior to this there were a few issues that for a few orders you could be waiting much too long to receive your orders, we aren't going to deny that (although it was about 1%, it is still unacceptable). Now, we aren't saying that there won't be any delays ever, as certain things may arise and of course, we are still human, but we have rectified the major issues, set certain control systems in place to ensure the following, proper customer service, orders to be delivered in a timely manner while still offering a huge selection and great prices.
We also want to thank all of you who support us, it is greatly appreciated!
