I was wondering if your receptors will recover nearly as well if you bridge your cycles compared to coming off completely? I'm coming to the end of my cycle now and I'm debating bridging to my next cycle that i'd like to start in September. I have never bridged before so I would appreciate some feed back from anyone that has experience with it.

Bridging has nothing to do with clearing receptors, off time is spent to normalize hormonal output. When you go on you increase receptors they say. Some looking to keep improving for competing purposes will bridge low dose test in order to maintain gains and give their system a bit of a break so to say before going hard again in the hopes to add more size. There are many ways to go about it, but none really the healthiest way like coming off completely for a period of time and normalizing your HTPA.

I run TRT year round BUT add in extra "products" throughout the year for a bump, after a number of years of this I actually came off everything for a few months last year for a brake. Felt crappy the whole time off unfortunately. BUT thats me, every ones different

If you are interested in maintaining your natural testosterone production then you need to come off....otherwise you may need to consider being on TRT for life.

Prae,
For a person who is either done/no intention of having children, has low nat test levels revealed through several years of bloodwork tests and who intends on running moderate cycles for the next decade or so....can you see any reason for them to come off entirely? Are there other health reasons? Would you respond better to your future cycles when coming off instead of running a trt dose?

I'm curious why these guys in their 30's or 40's come off when they have kids already and are planning on running another cycle again in12 weeks?

theres plenty of products to take in between cycles that wont affect test levels... i've been really pro peptides after experimenting with them in the past year or 2. I don't see why you couldn't run peptides/gh/slin, sarms, low dose anavar if you want a "kick" between cycles

Yes even if you plan on never going natural again...your overall gains will be better if you cycle...ie run a trt dose in between heavier cycles...99% of guys do NOT continuously gain muscle indefinitely. Not to mention supraphysiological hormones levels are still a risk.
