Hi.

I was doing heavy full squats and developed a headache in the back of my head near the neck area. Hasn't really gone away after a long sleep.

My breathing is okay during the sets. I fill up with air, do a rep and then exhale.

Any time I "push" it seems to come back right away.

Any ideas? Thanks

I used to get that all the time and it turned out that I just wasn't hydrating enough. Just a thought.

Also worth mentioning is that I found it to be more severe when on certain compounds. Namely M1T and oral winny. Again upping my water seemed to alleviate it.

I got a massage yesterday and that helped alot. She said it was a tension headache due to neck strain.

Oddly enough it was the first time in a real long time i did squats without a sweater on (usually wear a hoodie to lessen the impact of the bar on my neck).
