Arimidex Question

Hi Prae,
If someone takes Adex purely for precautionary reasons during cycle...they don't experience visible gyno but slight nipple tenderness at times, what is minimal frequency if you have 1mg capsules not breakable tabs. Would 1mg every 3rd day be sufficient or is it vital to run it eod.

If you have an existing gyno condition then fine...but unless you are seeing real symptoms then i would just keep it on hand...if you really wanted to take it...you can always empty the capsules and split the powder in half...take half every other day.

UBC...let us know if you had pre-existing condition and thats why you took it and have you tried other options like aromasin, nolva etc....and how you found in comparison.

I agree with P that only take if you need but have on hand so curious to know the background as I'm sure others are...

Nothing visible but like I said at times slight sensitivity and somewhat swollen. Never used the others. Just curious on how low a dose and frequency someone can run adex at to curb anything worse. Seems silly to take 1mg eod when I could run 1mg twice a week or .5mg eod as prae suggested
