Will be starting my next cycle of E.Q. 750 mg./weekly with 250 mg/weekly of cyp. I would like to start this week but I have an obstacle course race coming up in June. I was wondering, by going on this week, could I hinder my performance for the race? Never been on while doing endurance type stuff so I am not sure.

Thanks alot.

I think it would kill you. (not really kill, but it would crush your endurance)

I don't understand why more eq than test. ? I would stay off until enurance event is done and then run more test and less eq. 500 eq and 750 test would be more like i would do.

A little test can't hurt you ;)

my blood would be the consistency of a mcdonalds milkshake on that much eq......

Thanks for the info. Yeah I was thinking I should wait until the race is done; I'm just pumped to start. The reason for more eq than test is test adds weight on me; quite a bit actually (last cycle was 750 mg./weekly of cyp. for 12 weeks and I gained 47 lbs.). My goal is to gain very little, if any weight, and increase strength, and most importantly maintain as much lbm while I drop fat. However for that, would I be better off at 500 mg. of cyp. and drop the eq to 500 as well? Just want as little weight gain as possible.

Thanks

i like high dose equ low dose test, its my go to. equ makes my endurance go way up and a little test wont hurt you... athletes of all sorts use it (cyclists etc). your lungs arent the only thing at play when doing a race like that

If Op is carrying 47 added pounds I don't think he should worry too much about his placing in an obstacle course.

Just looking to finish. Just another challenge. Placing definitely isn't a concern, maybe it will be next year.

You likely are carrying at least 20 lbs too much fat.Tough to compete on those terms.
