hey prae- in your opinion can you think of any reason why using an egg white protein powder instead of a whey powder would interfere with getting ripped? the nutritional profile is basically the same (about 1g carbs no fat/scoop). I can not tolerate any why proteins any longer so have been using egg post workout and pre-bed. (and no it is not a lactose thing)
