..or maybe a blog?
Ok let's introduce.
I am around 5'8" and 160lbs. Around 15% to 20% body fat, so my first goal is to reduce the body fat and probably by doing this I will lost a lot of weight, which I will want to gain back later, but in the form of lean body mass. I first started with some basic home exercises (http://lsminsurance.ca/life-insurance-canada/2012/03/how-to-exercise-at-home) like a year ago. It was really great (actually helped me get better insurance points) and I started to feel more.. hm.. alive? But after some time my own weight wasn't enough for me.
The gym. After a while I knew that a gym membership was inevitable. So I have invested in my health :D . Two days in week I word on my cardio (mostly treadmill (http://exercise.about.com/cs/cardioworkouts/l/blcardiomachine.htm)) and another two days I spend with weight lifting - one day I devote to biceps, triceps, forearms, shoulders and traps (mostly exercises with dumbbells like zottman curl (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZrpRBgswtHs)) and the other day I devote to chest, abs, quads, calves and back (mainly bench and some cable machines).
I don't use any specials nutrition I just try to avoid fatty foods and food with high glycemic index (http://www.glycemicindex.ca/glycemicindexfoods.pdf).
Will continuously add some photos and update my journey :)
And now treat for everyone who actually read my entire post and got to the end - the best song ever!
