Hey guys im new to the forum but not new to gear. This will be my second cycle and im just looking for some advice on whether my numbers seem good and some advice for pct. Just to start off, my last cycle was a bulking cycle consisting of 500mg of test cyp weeks 1-16, tren weeks 4-12, and pct consisted of clomid 40/30/30/20 and nolva daily starting in week 4. I did not use HCG but would like to some advice as far as this cycle on whether I should use it this time around throughout my cycle or not. Here are my stats and planned cycle for "bulking"

Age: 23
Height: 5' 10
Current Weight: 153lbs Proposed Weight after cycle: 180-195lbs
Body Fat: 7.3%
Workout yrs: 3yrs heavy, 1 year start

2nd Cycle as follows:

Week 1-16 test cyp at 800mg/week
Weeks 1-5 EQ 600mg/(300 2 x/week)
Weeks 6-15 EQ 400mg (200 2 x/week)
Weeks 6-15 Var 80-100mg

If anyone can give me advice on numbers or whether this cycle will work it would be greatly appreciated as well as if i should run hcg right through and do my pct the same as before using clomid, nolva, arimidex. Thanks alot

Youre 153 lbs at 5'10 and you want to use a 3 compound cycle? You need to seriously reconsider your priorities and eat some quality food and spend a few more years going balls out with heavy lifting. You will lose most of your gains if you gain a base from using sauce.

As per #8 at this point in time gear is not the answer. Seeing that you have already run test and tren and are still sitting at 153lbs at 5'10 raises some serious red flags....1. Your diet is completely lacking, 2.Your training needs some serious changes, 3. The cycle you posted is complete overkill for anyone's second cycle thus you need to do some serious research not only on gear but PCT, nutrition, training, and recovery. At 5'10 you can easily hit 200lbs naturally if you correct the above.

Lol...maybe eat some spinach, it worked for Popeye.

Who or where did you get the advice to take that and despite what you think bro, you are "real new" to gear. If you thought this might be OK and were looking for second opinion, you will probably get some pretty good advice here....but if someone told you to take that, I'm going to tell you that you need to stop listening to that person.

There is no "abra cadabra" and you get 40 lbs. P's advice is pretty much what you need to hear...what were you before the first cycle...115 lbs

Okay so I didnt think I needed to explain my life story but if thats what want here we go; first ill start off by stating that prior to my previous cycle I was not 115lbs I was actually 145lbs. I was on 5600 calorie diet which contained alot of meat, dairy, grains, and my mass builder shakes with breakfast, lunch and dinner. at that time my diet consisted of as a one day sample:

Breakfast: 2 raw eggs mixed with 16oz whole milk
1 bowl of fibre oats with 1/2 cup of cottage cheese
2 pieces of whole grain toast
3 hard boiled eggs or poached
2 bananas
Muscle mass shake (78 g protein)

Lunch:
2 turkey sandwichs with 8 oz of turkey on each
2 fully cooked 6 oz chicken breasts
2 cans white tuna tossed with mayo and spinach
1 banana
Meal replacement shake
1 cup of cottage cheese topped with blueberries for taste
2 hard boiled eggs mashed into egg salad

Mid-Day Snack:

Iso mass shake
2 cups almonds
1 fully cooked chicken breast
2 yogurt(all natural no source or bio shit)
usually subway 12 inch cold cut combo (no chips)

Dinner:
1 16oz steak or 2 chicken breast, Salmon 2 nights of out the week
1 cup almonds
8 oz brocoli
8 oz spinach
2 cups of whole grain rice
2 cups quinoa
muscle mass shake

Late Night Snack
1 turkey sandwich with 8oz of turkey(yes i have a food scale)
or 1 can tuna mixed with mayo
1 cup almonds
2 cups cottage cheese

I was eating like crazy, i can eat as much as i want and it disappears as my metabolism is so extremely high. So after all of this and finishing my first cycle I was 186 pounds. After pct I lost another 8lbs which brought be down to 178lbs. So what happened after that? well it wasnt my diet as i continued to lift heavy and eat the same if not more once my cycle was over. But this past year in november I was admitted to the hospital due to severe stomach pains. After waiting ver 8 hours and while in the MRI machine, they found that i needed immediate surgery for appendicitis as my appendix was the size of a baseball and a half and had an extremely high rate of rupturing. An hour later while in surgery, my appendix ruptured. They were able to get all the toxins out but i was in the hospital for 2 weeks, unable to eat solids, go poo, and even for the first week had a hard time peeing and was hooked up to a drain bag. after 2 weeks i was told i was able to go home. After going home I was not able to still eat solid foods for at least another week and half. So i lived off mash potatoes, almonds, booster juice, and my protein shakes as well as tuna. Finally when i was able to eat full solids i still had to take it easy on eating alot as my stomach still was in excessive pain and it was still hard to s***. So after all of this, this stupid surgery and not being able to eat solids brought me down to 138lbs and made look like a skeleton. to say the least i was pissed going from 178 to 138.

So now that you have my whole story, some advice would be great, or if you have an alternate cycle or feel that i should tone down my amounts i am proposing to take then please give your whole hearted opinion. As for just eating and eating and eating.....it will not get me to 200 in anyway nor do i want that, I do want to be at least 180 and to do this just by eating no diet is strong enough to compete with my metabolism.

you should use the money you were gonna spend on that cycle and hire a lifting / nutrition coach from this site. there is so much wrong with your diet i dont even know where to begin. look into hiring Sean Summers or Praetorian for good advice on how to avoid making mistakes, and get a proper routine that will build muscle.
