was reading charles poliquin website and he said regarding carbs to remove all grains and wheat/gluten from diet.

i normally have either potatoes or brown rice as carbs for lunch and dinner, but what carbs can one have then for breakfast.

i can only think of low glycemic fruits in morning as carb source?


what about gluten free rolled oats, they are wheat and gluten free.

Oats are grains...its like lactose free milk....its not lactose free...they just add lactase.
