I am now under 2 weeks out after 3 years away from competitive bodybuilding. During that time I set some powerlifting records and got more added quality muscle. A 6 month knee injury totaly changed my focus on powerlifting and am now ready to step back on stage. Photos were taken in from 4 weeks out to 2 weeks out all over 200 lbs. My next show is the NS provincials where I was 179 lbs buit less conditioned. I then went on to beat IFBB pro Mike Johnson the following week in taking the overall at the atlantics. With the added 20 lbs of muscle I aim to do do real damage in bodybuilding competition in the future.

Looking incredible. It would be cool to see you and Steve posing next to one another.

Holy shit! Been a big fan of yours for years Greg, used to read your posts on cjm when you were the natural samson. Ive often showed my buddies your youtube vids, crazy gains. Nice to see a natural bodybuilder making a splash on the national scene, good luck to you !

I'm interested to see how you stack up against the national level heavyweights. People are expecting big things from you. The pressure to perform has got to be annoying sometimes.

You looked amazing. Very balanced. Very deserved overall win.

Not being from the east...i don't understand the point of the Atlantics though and why anyone would do that show (except for bragging rights)
You just won your provincials overall...again. Giving you National level qualification for another lifetime lol.

STeve parker won the atlantics overall 3 times. Ive won it twice. Its not about just moving up rankings for me I jsut love to compete. I wanted to go out on a bang and win every weight class at the ns provincials which ive now done. Now I am going to full on use my plan to peak in the morning for the atlantics as a Light heavy. When I go to nationals Ill be light heavy btw. I was under 198 onstage so may as well make the cut off.
